This very limited release is composed by 95% of Red Bourbon variety and 5% of SL34.
One of the first and last appearances of Bourbon from our farm, since it has been outperformed by the SL 34 variety which is substituting it. But that doesn't mean that we won't enjoy an excellent coffee and that's what this is. Simple, yet elegant and consistent flavors

Miel, tangerina y jazmín.
Un café verdaderamente limitado y de las pocas veces que se verá, ya que es una de las únicas recolecciones de nuestros lotes de Bourbon, los cuales fueron sustituidos por variedades SL.
Este café que se compone en su mayoría de Bourbon rojo y 5% de SL 34 produce una taza extremadamente dulce con acidez sutil, tal cual la tangerina y un final floral.
Perfecto para pour over.
