Boca del Monte (in the mouth of the mountain), this small town in the state of Veracruz, Mexico is where Pecora 19º 09' is located in. The 19º 09' degrees in the northern latitude give this coffee the special characteristics that are expressed from our four varieties of Coffea arabica. At 960 meters above the sea level and in a native sub tropical forest is where Pecora 19º 09' designs the specialty coffee, starting from the plant by growing and processing the beans assuring complete traceability through the production chain, an essential characteristic in any top quality product. Bright acidity , intensity and balance are expressed in the varieties Costa Rica, Colombia, Caturra and Typica; this varieties originated in different parts of the American continent will open your senses to a new profile on coffee flavor, which is posible due the strict traceability that Pecora 19º 09' implements, to know exactly from where the bean is coming from, management and which changes are participating in the final flavor, among others, are some details that we trace to improve and raise the coffee quality to a new level. Our commitment is to offer to the most distinguished customers a high quality coffee, with the characteristics and peculiarities that a single origin bean can give, for the ones who apreciate and enjoy with attitude a great cup of coffee. |
Action CO2 , a sustainable production. Taking care of environment by using good agricultural practices for the coffee production is a priority in Pecora 19º 09', by recovering the native forest and using water harvest methods we contribute in our community for the care of environment, also by the policy of the company for eliminate water usage in coffee process, avoiding the pollution of natural water sources. Currently, Pecora 19º 09' works on the Utz Kapeh certification program. |
